Author, and host of Rewritten. Speaking and writing for ambitious working women who love their careers, love their families, and are done believing they have to choose between the two.
I've spent 17+ years building a career in finance and strategy — from McKinsey to private equity, GLG, Blackstone, and now as Head of Investment Intelligence at a New York-based investment firm.
For a long time, I thought success meant getting to the next room, the next role, the next milestone.
And then I started to wonder: what if I wanted the career — but not the version where everything else I cared about got squeezed out around it?
That question became the foundation of my work.
I speak and write about ambition, motherhood, leadership, health, marriage, boundaries, and how we can avoid chasing definitions of success that don't fit, and that we never consciously chose. My work is for women who want meaningful careers and full lives — and who refuse to believe they have to choose between the two.
I live in New York with my husband and two kids.
Real conversations for ambitious women rewriting the rules around work, marriage, and motherhood. New episodes out now.

Everyone wants to know whether women can "have it all." I think that's the wrong question. There's no one "all." There's only the version you choose — or the version you drift into because you never stopped long enough to define it. This is for ambitious women who want serious careers, full lives, and a definition of success that doesn't require sacrificing everything else they care about.
From the outside it looked like I had shattered a glass ceiling.
I had followed the script since college: every internship, every promotion, every credential. One after the next. And then I got to one of those "made it" moments and realized something I didn't expect. I wasn't sure I wanted the life it was leading me toward. So I stopped. Looked up. And started asking a better question: what kind of success would actually feel worth having?
My story →Our lives aren't shaped by what we want. They're shaped by what we accept.
I write for the woman who has checked the boxes and still feels like something is off. The one with the career, the family, the calendar, the responsibilities — and the clear sense that success shouldn't have to come at the cost of her health, marriage, motherhood, joy, or self.
We'll talk about ambition, leadership, boundaries, partnership, parenting, and the daily choices that help you stop living by someone else's script — and start living on your own terms.
Follow the work →The moment we realize we may be winning at a game we never consciously chose. Stories about ambition, motherhood, career pivots, "made it" moments, and the question underneath all of it: Is this actually what I want?
Explore →What we accept becomes the life we live. An honest look at the standards we've inherited, the patterns we've tolerated, and the places we've negotiated against ourselves.
Explore →Living on our own terms isn't one bold decision. It's the small, daily choices that move us toward who we want to be.
Explore →A playbook for ambitious women ready to stop living by someone else's definition of success — and start building their own.
